🚚 Coastal Bend Haul & Hitch – Transportation Policy
At Coastal Bend Haul & Hitch, we are committed to providing safe, reliable, and professional transportation services across the Coastal Bend and surrounding areas. Please review our transportation policy before booking.
📋 Booking & Scheduling
- All hauls must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
- A non-refundable deposit may be required to confirm your booking.
- Clients must provide accurate details regarding cargo (weight, dimensions, number of animals, special care instructions, etc.).
Livestock & Equine Transportation
- We transport livestock, horses, and companion animals with care and safety as our top priority.
- Animals must be in good health and fit for travel. We reserve the right to refuse transportation if the animal shows signs of illness, injury, or aggressive behavior.
- All required health certificates or documents must be provided before transport, if applicable by law.
- Clients must ensure horses or animals can load safely and be handled without excessive risk.
🛻 Cargo, Equipment & RV/Trailer Hauling
- We offer hot shot hauling for trailers, campers, small equipment, pallets, and general freight.
- All loads must be secure, legal, and road-ready.
- Client is responsible for disclosing value and insurance needs. Coastal Bend Haul & Hitch is not liable for concealed damage, improperly loaded items, or mechanical failures in towed units.
⛔ Cancellations & Delays
- We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Last-minute cancellations may incur a fee.
- Weather, road conditions, or equipment issues may affect scheduling. We will always communicate and reschedule as needed.
- Disrespectful, unsafe, or non-compliant behavior may result in service refusal without refund.
